Taking Care of Your Mental Health with Dr. Monica Vermani

Episode Summary

Each and every day we are managing our mental health while dealing with those around us. This is especially true for people having to manage and appeal WCB claims. Joining me on this episode is Dr. Monica Vermani. Dr. Vermani is one of Canada’s highest-rated clinical psychologists. She believes that good mental health doesn’t just happen. That it deserves as much attention as our physical well-being. But…how? This is exactly what she’s going to share in this episode.

Episode Notes
